Shipping Options

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

Eligible products may qualify for Free Standard Shipping when indicated on the website or at checkout.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship products are generally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Because some products are handcrafted, artisan-made, or produced in small quantities, certain orders may require additional preparation time. Any product-specific timeframe shown on the product page will apply.

Delivery Estimate

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 2–3 business days after processing, where available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of carrier schedules, weather, holidays, destination, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email when it becomes available after shipment.

Handmade and Made-to-Order Products

Products requiring additional craftsmanship or preparation may not ship immediately after purchase.

Customers should review any production or processing details provided on the product listing before ordering.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package and product promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please keep the packaging and contact sales@flexitool.us within 48 hours with photographs of the product and packaging.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional costs or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer's responsibility.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If tracking indicates that a shipment is delayed or cannot be located, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can assist with the carrier inquiry.
