Refund Policy

At FlexiTool, we value the time and care that goes into selecting handcrafted products. This policy explains the return and refund process for purchases made through www.flexitool.us.

14-Day Return Period

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Original packaging, included accessories, tags, and product materials should be retained whenever applicable.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact sales@flexitool.us with your order number, product name, and reason for the return.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping the item back.

Handmade Product Variations

Many handcrafted and artisan products may have minor differences in color, texture, shape, finish, grain, or other visual characteristics.

These variations can result from natural materials or individual craftsmanship and are generally considered part of the character of handmade products rather than defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

After review, FlexiTool may offer a replacement, replacement component, repair solution, store credit, or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Final sale or clearance items.
• Personalized or customized products.
• Made-to-order goods once production has begun.
• Products that have been used, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without authorization.

Return Shipping

When an item is returned because of our error or a verified product defect or shipping issue, FlexiTool will cover applicable return shipping costs.

For returns based on personal preference or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping expenses.

Refund Processing

Returned merchandise will be reviewed after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be cancellable once preparation or production has started.
